Purchase terms for Carryless digital tools

Version: CL-TERMS-2, 5 November 2026. These terms apply to purchases of Carryless digital tools. They currently cover one tool, Stop Your Business Depending on You.

Who we are

Carryless is the trading name of Candy Campbell, a sole trader. Geographical address: Hitchin, Hertfordshire, UK. Email: carryless.team@gmail.com.

Carryless is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged.

What you are buying

Stop Your Business Depending on You is an interactive, self-service business tool. You identify one recurring founder dependency, compare examples, choose a practical change, and generate an editable first-action plan and reusable business rule. Comparison scores are planning aids, not a validated diagnostic or a promise of business results. No personalised consulting or coaching is included.

Price and payment

£27, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Carryless does not receive your full card details.

Access

You get 12 calendar months of personal self-service access, starting from verified successful payment. After payment we email private access instructions to the address used at checkout. Payment processing or email delay may postpone access. If your link does not arrive, use the access-recovery page with the same email address and check your spam folder. Keep anything you download: your results stay yours after access ends.

The tool needs an up-to-date browser with JavaScript and an internet connection for purchase checks, access and recovery. Your answers stay in your browser; saving is optional and device-specific, and browser saves are not a cloud backup. Please do not enter confidential client information. Do not share your private link.

Immediate access and your 14-day right to cancel

At checkout you are asked to agree to these terms and, separately, to request that your access starts immediately. You can still cancel within 14 days of your purchase: email carryless.team@gmail.com with your purchase reference. Because you asked for access to start straight away, we refund the price less a proportionate amount for the access you had before you cancelled (the £27 price spread evenly over the 12-month access period). Your access ends when the refund is made. After the 14 days, purchases are not refundable for a change of mind; your statutory rights below are unaffected.

If something is wrong

Your statutory rights are unaffected. Digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If the tool is faulty, misdescribed or unavailable, email carryless.team@gmail.com with your purchase reference and a description of the problem. Never send full card details. We will put it right where we can; where we cannot, you are entitled to a price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refunds, reversals and disputes

If a payment is refunded, reversed or disputed, access to the tool ends.

Complaints

Email carryless.team@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales) and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
